SNH Inspections (which abbreviates Southern New Hampshire Inspections) is owned and operated by Mark "Marcus" Hutnick.

The most important question a person looking for a home inspector should ask is , "How experienced are you and what are your credentials?" 

SNH Inspections is a full service, full time inspection company. We are not a franchise or a multi-inspector company. We can inspect New Hampshire and Southern Maine residential properties, multi-families, manufactured homes, mobile homes, condos, commerical properties (tier #1 & #2). We are certified to test for Radon Air, Radon Water, Well Water Quality, FHA/VA Water testing, Mold, and Bulk Asbestos. We can even inspect HUD properties and be your FHA 203K Consultant.

With the increase of bank-owned and long-time vacant properties, we have been conducting 'Clean Home/Healthy Home' Inspections. 

We pride ourselves on the fact that education, experience, and caring are the three factors that mean the most to our customers. In fact, these three qualifications have earned SNH Inspections the coveted N.H. BBB Perfect Service Award. This award is sparingly awarded to those companies that have had perfect customer service for at least 3 years.

In addition to his 3 college degrees, Marcus Hutnick has been licensed in 3 states, conducted over 2700 home inspections, and now also instructs pre-licensing home inspector education for two states to aspiring home inspectors. That completes the learn, do, teach cycle which very few inspectors can claim.
