My boyfriend and I were referred to Mark by our realtor and we were pleasantly surprised at his level of professionalism. Being first time home buyers meant we were not well versed in what to look for when it comes to potential issues with a home. Mark's inspection was very thorough and he answered every question I had in detail. He pointed out several things (major issues) that helped us make the right decision not to buy the house we were initially interested in. When we did find what we hoped again was the "perfect home" we knew there was only one person we wanted to inspect this house... Mark Hutnick. Again he looked the house over with a fine tooth comb mentioning what could potentially be an issue in the future. Fortunately this house was in much better shape and we are planning on closing in May.
